ATC Uganda required conceptualization and space optimization for their existing office premises, with the expansion of office space onto an additional floor below.

Refurbishment areas on 6th floor included conversion of the Reception into 3No. Quiet rooms, expansion of existing offices to increase capacity with repurposed meeting rooms. New fit out work included; repositioning of the main Reception area, 5No. meeting rooms, a mini lounge & Hot desk office.

A kitchenette/pantry, lactation room, server room and store were planned for support services.
The scheme is centred around the idea of a modern open plan working office with elements of transparency and privacy cleverly integrated.

Meeting room facades are designed to be finished in glazed aluminium partitioning with a patterned vinyl film for seclusion. Internally, use of decorative acoustic wall panelling ensures effective sound insulation to complement audio visual facilities. Floor finishes are balanced between polished porcelain tiles & commercial grade carpet tiles. A key feature of workstations and conference table furniture is the inclusion of cable management for a seamless look.
